Individual Sessions

If you don’t think you are going to need 4 sessions or you do not think that you need that much time, you can do one session at a time as needed. Should you want to pay by the session and then reach 4, I will adjust downward accordingly.

$65 for 50-minute individual / private telephone coaching session.

Coaching Options

Telephone coaching is a particularly effective process. Telephone coaching calls tend to be more focused, fostering a more laser-like approach when digging in. This type of communication is usually more productive, in that there are no visual distractions from you and your life. And they are typically more personal because with no one else being "physically" there with you, the real-time self-reflection inherent in the coaching conversation is that much easier. This is a time just for you and the complete focus is on you.

E-mail Coaching is particularly helpful for people that are busy, on the go and can not always devote time to speak. It is also a less expensive alternative to telephone coaching and can be done from anywhere where you have access to your PC. You can set the time to do it live or you can expect responses over time.
